DESCRIPTION:What do you get when you mix live music with the moon and the stars…a night to remember! The Tulsa Air and Space Museum & Planetarium and The Taylor Entertainment Group present “Live at the Planetarium” an evening of fun and fantasy as the Planetarium connects with the music to provide a visual experience like no other!! \nThe Cynthia Simmons Trio which features Cynthia on Vocals\, Spencer Sutton on Keyboard\, and Matt Hayes on Upright Bass\, will treat you to a night of Jazz\, love songs\, and more during our special pre-valentine’s day event. \nCynthia has performed in various local venues including the Tulsa Performing Arts Center\, Ciao\, Smoke. on Cherry St\, Main St. Tavern-Broken Arrow\, Oklahoma Jazz Hall of Fame\, Juniper\, 624 Catering\, Bodean Lounge\, Harwelden Mansion\, Sisserou’s\, Duet\, and others.  She has also been featured in several festivals such as the International Jazz Fest\, Big Bands\, Big Voices: The Concert\, The Chet Baker Festival\, The Rose Festival\, and the PostOak Wine and Jazz Festival just to name a few. \nAdult beverages\, soft drinks\, and snacks will be available for purchase\, event tickets* are only $15.00 in advance\, $20.00 at the door! Doors open at 5 pm and you can experience some of the wonders of the Planetarium prior to the start of the show. Special occasions are called “special” for a reason and this is no exception! \nThe James E. Bertelsmeyer Planetarium provides an exciting educational experience by pairing stunning high-definition visuals with state-of-the-art technology in a fully-immersive theater atmosphere. In addition to daily screenings of full-dome videos\, we also present interactive programs ranging from basic astronomy to earth science. \nTASM’s planetarium inspires curiosity seekers to explore our universe and discover the wonders of Earth. \n*Additional fees may apply.
