Aviation - $400
- Birthday room rental for up to 2 hours
- Set up of tables & chairs
- Admission to museum and planetarium for up to 25 guests (a $500 value) (additional guests can be added at the rate of $8.00 per guest)
Galaxy - $500
- Birthday room rental for up to 2 hours
- Set up of tables & chairs
- Admission to museum and planetarium for up to 40 guests (an $800 value) (additional guests can be added at the rate of $8.00 per guest)
FAQ
When can I have my birthday party?
We host birthday parties during our normal hours of operation, Tuesday through Saturday. Available time slots are from 10:00 AM to Noon and 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. For pricing and availability outside of these time slots, please call 918-834-9900 or send an email to events@tulsamuseum.org.
Are adults included in the guest count?
Your total guest count is the total number of people that will be given a wrist band for Museum entry.
Can my birthday party be catered?
Yes, catering is permitted, and we can provide a list of caterers that are familiar with the venue. Our Event Coordinator can handle the catering arrangements for you for a $200 fee + the cost of the catering services.
Can I schedule a Pre-Event tour?
Absolutely! We are here to ensure your little astronaut is over the moon for their party! Contact us at (918) 834–9900 to schedule a walk through.
