From 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, our Expo Market will showcase talented authors alongside carefully selected vendors, creating an immersive experience for fantasy lovers, book collectors, and devoted romantasy readers. This is your opportunity to connect directly with fans, sell and sign books, share excerpts from your work, participate in engaging panel discussions, and introduce new readers to the characters and worlds you’ve created.
We’re seeking authors whose stories embrace the spirit of romantic fantasy, fae lore, dark romance, gothic fantasy, magical adventure, and masquerade-inspired storytelling. Whether you’re an established bestselling author or an emerging voice in the genre, we want you to invite guests into your magical realm and create memorable experiences that extend beyond the page.
As an author participant, you’ll have opportunities to:
- Sell books and merchandise directly to attendees
- Host autograph and meet-and-greet sessions
- Read excerpts from your work

Authors will also have the option to attend the enchanting Galaxy Ball that evening from 6:30 PM to 11:00 PM, where guests will gather for a night of fantasy, elegance, music, and magical masquerade-inspired festivities.
