Galaxy Ball Vendors

We are seeking fantasy-inspired vendors and authors to help bring our realms to life.

Indoor vendor spaces are reserved for artists, makers, creators, authors, and small businesses whose offerings reflect fantasy, storytelling, gothic, medieval, whimsical, magical, bookish, or immersive themes.

To preserve the event’s immersive atmosphere and create a meaningful experience for guests and vendors alike, spaces are intentionally limited. Each vendor space includes one standard 6-foot table footprint.

Electricity is provided; vendors must supply their own 25-foot extension cord and power strip.

Due to limited capacity, vendor space during the Galaxy Ball evening event is especially restricted.
