On October 17, 2026, step into an unforgettable evening where imagination meets elegance and fantasy meets the cosmos. The Galaxy Ball: Where Worlds Collide transforms the Tulsa Air & Space Museum into an immersive universe of creativity, glamour, and celestial celebration.
The day begins at 10:00 AM as doors open for the Galaxy Vendor Expo, where guests can explore curated creators, authors, artists, costumers, designers, and unique merchandise inspired by science fiction, fantasy, space exploration, and pop culture. From handcrafted jewelry to imaginative literary worlds, the Expo is a vibrant marketplace where fandom and artistry unite.
As evening falls, the experience elevates.
At 5:00 PM, the Galaxy Ball Reception begins — a refined, black-tie inspired gathering where guests mingle among aircraft, exhibits, and cosmic décor. Sip, socialize, and celebrate beneath the stars.
At 6:30 PM, the dance floor ignites. The Galaxy Ball transforms into a dazzling celebration of music, movement, and immersive spectacle. Whether dressed in elegant eveningwear, fantasy couture, or imaginative costume, guests become part of the experience.
The evening concludes at 11:00 PM, leaving memories that feel like they belong in another universe.

Vendor Applications
Vendor applications for the Galaxy Ball are open!
We are currently seeking vendors that fit a fantasy-themed atmosphere, including:
• Fantasy and sci-fi authors
• Jewelry makers
• Clothing and costume accessories
• Beauty and specialty product vendors
If you are interested in participating, please complete the vendor application and email it to events@tulsamuseum.org.
Please note that submitting a completed application does not guarantee a vendor space. All applications will be reviewed, verified, and must be formally accepted by the museum before a vendor spot is confirmed.
