Whiz-Bang Chili Cook-Off

The museum is excited to announce our annual chili cook off contest. The contest is officially sanctioned through the Chili Appreciation Society International. The chili cook off will begin at 9 a.m. with turn in time at 1 p.m., public tasting and awards ceremony to follow official judging. Interested cooks can find more details on the CASI website.
