Spartan Trailer Rally registration

Trailer Registration Information

Any questions can be directed to Clint Cox, his contact information is on the form. Registration payments can be mailed with money order, check, or credit card through our website.

Rules and Guidelines
This event is being held on Tulsa International Airport property, therefore the following rules must be strictly followed:
- No firearms allowed
- Any tarps, awnings or other loose flapping materials or objects must be secured
- No or blinking/flashing lights outside of trailers
- No open campfires or open flames permitted. Gas BBQ grills are permitted on paved or concrete areas
- No dogs are allowed in the museum buildings or on the tarmac area. Dogs are permitted in the trailer area only.
- Do not park within 20 feet of the airport access road to gate 90. (South parking lot)
- All trailers must be equipped with an up-to-date fire extinguisher
- All vintage tow vehicles are also required to have a fire extinguisher
Electricity
Electricity- Electricity will be provided via commercial generators for everyone 6am-10pm each day. 24 hour electricity will be provided for attendees that have medical needs, and their trailers will have specific parking spaces near the electrical supply.
Water
Water will not be provided for your trailer. There will be water available from a regular water hydrant at the back of the museum (city drinking water). Bring your own water container.
Minimal gray water discharge is allowed (to prevent mud holes).
Sewer
Sewer hookups are not provided. Portable toilets will be provided on-site as well as an 8 unit shower house (4 for females, 4 for males). Use of “honey wagon” is permitted and there will be a dumping facility on the property.
Hand Washing Station
Hand washing stations will be located near the portable toilets.

Early arrival is allowed up to 24 hours.
Trailers will not be allowed after Friday, October 19th, 2021 10pm

Trailer Registration Fees:
$300/trailer paid prior to 8/31/2021
$350/trailer post 9/1/2021

Adult- $20
Youth- $10
Heart of Rt. 66 Auto Museum and Tulsa Arts District:
12 & up: $10
