Academy of STEM explorers

TASM is excited to announce the Academy of Scholars program! If your child needs a quiet space to work, tutoring on difficult subjects, or needs fun STEM activities for hands-on minds-on learning this is the program for you. Available to 3rd-8th graders, our certified teachers with our uniquely designed program ensures student success. Schoolwork and tutoring in the morning with fun STEM focused stations combine work and play for a focused, stress-free environment.

• Monday-Thursday 7:30am-5:30pm
  • Drop-off between 7:30am-8am and pick-up between 5pm-5:30pm
• Late Fee for pick-up: $1.00 for each minute past 5:30pm
• Only one parent/guardian allowed in the museum lobby for pick-up and drop-off

This program is desgined to help students with distanced learning, while still having fun! For a more detailed mock schedule, refer to the registration packet above.

3 Hours: Tutoring/Coursework

4 Hours: STEM activities

• What if my child has scheduled Zoom/Distanced Learning meetings?
  • That’s just fine, this program is designed with the student in mind- class meetings included! Students schedules will be adjusted accordingly
• What class materials should I bring?
  • Anything necessary for a day of school! This program will serve as a “school structure,” for any online classes/tutoring your child needs their appropriate materials. 
  • Students are encouraged to bring a class schedule to aid our teachers in tutoring.
• What are TASM’s COVID-19 Precautions?
